My role: Independent governance lead to define decision cadence, validate assumptions, and install quality gates.

Program recovery & multi-vendor governance reset
Stabilized a high-risk program by creating decision clarity and resetting governance — moving delivery from firefighting to predictable progress.
Situation: Unclear ownership, partner overreach, constant firefighting, architecture drift.
My role: Recovery lead: rapid diagnosis, governance cadence, quality gates, escalation paths.

Destination SDK integration for compliant activation & suppression
Built a custom Destination SDK connector to enable auditable activation and suppression,
reducing compliance risk without slowing delivery.
Situation: Compliance required reliable suppression, but endpoints weren’t fully under client control.
My role: Designed and implemented destination integration, defined data contracts, and validated consent-aware behavior.
Outcome: Stable, auditable activation/suppression with clearer ownership and reduced dependency on third parties.
- Implemented a Destination SDK connector with monitoring and operational runbooks
- Aligned consent requirements to downstream delivery behavior and validated outcomes end-to-end
- Set governance checkpoints so activation stayed compliant as vendors and campaigns changed
